Happy Hour Friday - Champagne Cocktail

Getting ready for New Year's Eve. Or just plain good at any time. Just a few champagne drinks for the next few posts.

Champagne Cocktail

In a champagne flute, add:
  • 1 sugar cube
  • Splash 2 dashes of bitters
  • Fill with champagne
