It is sunny in Seattle today and is actually expected to get up into the 80s for the time we are up here. (Up here with my sister and her male friend.) So glad to get away from all that dreary SF fog. I live out towards the beach so I get more fog than most people are used to. Summer out this way means the fog is thicker and lower to the ground.
We are up here to go to the Bite of Seattle (more about that tomorrow) which runs through the weekend. My sister and I went last year and decided we would do a repeat. What the heck were we doing up here last year? Well, she ended up helping out (=working) her Seattle office since two of their staff just upped and quit. She is in the insurance industry so you can probably see why.
Well, we did the tourist thing and went straight off to Pike's Market. A place familar to me since I practically went there every day of my week's stay last year. Such a sensory experience -- sights, smells. And the view...amazing.

So, whaddabout you?? What is your fave Pike Market experience?
